Hard bans require clear rule-based evidence, integrity events, confirmed cheater data or staff review. AI suggestions alone never trigger a hard ban.

A documented review of a contested ban. It must be justified; customers should not arbitrarily unban when clear evidence or integrity data exist.

Per version you choose Auto-Update or Manual download required. Auto-Update applies signed files and, where configured, restarts the server automatically; otherwise it just applies the files and you restart manually.

An optional assistant for summaries, risk reviews and panel help. It is disabled by default, answers only HCP AC topics and is never sole evidence for a ban.
