Purchasing and delivery

Most customers select and purchase their product through hcp-ac.com, where plans, prices and product comparisons are displayed. The final payment is securely processed by Tebex. Products may also be purchased directly through the official Tebex store.

  1. Complete checkout using your Discord account.
  2. Tebex assigns the Customer role to that Discord account.
  3. Join the official HCP AC Discord server.
  4. Open the HCP AC license delivery panel and claim your purchase.
  5. Redeem the generated license key on hcp-ac.com with the same Discord account.

Each completed purchase provides one unique license key and can only be claimed once.

Evidence is reviewed by authorised staff.

HCP AC does not automatically declare users to be cheaters. Anti-cheat detections, scanner findings and intelligence records are technical indicators for manual review. Final moderation decisions remain with the responsible server team.
